Cancellation  Policy

PurePhysio has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel or rearrange any appointments we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation charge of £20 will be applied before rebooking.  Please note that if  your treatment is covered by private medical insurance, they  will not pay the cancellation charge and you will be liable.
