Repetitive Strain(RSI)
RSI results from overloading the soft tissues when your muscles are not strong enough to cope with the demands that you are putting on them. As well as treating the pain, a discussion may take place on posture, work station set up and activity modification.

PurePhysio are able to offer daytime and evening appointments at Flexspace Business Centre in Livingston. Please call or email to book an appointment. We are open 4 evenings a week and on Saturdays.
